Jerseyturnpike

although at its core a duo of dina carpenito and carlo dean, jerseyturnpike frequently performs and records with various musicians, including jessica schaeffer on harp, greg burns (red sparowes, halifax pier) on bass and pedal steel, and sky grealis on flute. their debut full-length independent release, permafrost, is an interwoven form of improvisation and song. upcoming projects this year include a short run UK release (state of distress), an EP collaboration with greg burns and others, a guest appearance (TBA), and some larger ensemble works for performance.
